Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 7th August 2023

At MagPro360™, we understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Before Shipping
   You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipping
   Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If the product is already dispatched, you must wait to receive it and, if applicable, request a return based on our Return and Refund Policy.

3. How to Cancel
   To cancel your order, contact us with your order ID:

4. Refund for Canceled Orders
   If your prepaid order is canceled before shipping, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation simply stops the shipment.
